Professor James Sommerville, Chair of the Judging Panel for The Herald’ s Property Awards for Scotland 2008 said:

Ballyconnelly are proud to announce that the development at Queen St. Dunoon has been short listed for two separate awards by Sustain Magazine in one of the UK's most prized award ceremonies.

The company is up against some of the countries most environmentally conscious companies and has been short listed in two categories, " Award for Construction " and " Award for Development " with the SIP's based Enkelt Simple Living design.

The winner will be announced at a gala dinner on the first night of the Ecobuild exhibition at earls Court on the 3rd March.
